FREE Tai Chi Qigong Combo Ages 18+. Excellent introduction to tai chi and qigong. Explore basic tai chi stretching, qigong breathing and stance training to increase balance, flexibility and strength. Yoga offers a good way to lose weight gradually and for good. Yoga can be practiced at any age to keep the body supple. FREE Yoga: Healing Ages 18+. A gentle blend of yoga, breath work and guided visualization to reduce stress. Especially for those recovering from or living with injury or illness.
