New Class For Beginners
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise of slow, graceful, rhythmic movements combined with natural breathing that is invigorating and improves health. Tai Chi is great for improving balance and preventing falls. Practicing Tai Chi is easy, low-impact, and is fun. This class is designed for those with no Tai Chi experience. Please call the park office at 688-4052 to sign up for this class. Note: Class will held at River Rd, center 1400 Lake Dr.
